SEO Rankings:

With the latest Caffeine update from  Google and the overhaul of Yahoo! some many webmasters are getting hammered in search engines. Search engine rankings and traffic are down on Google for many sites by more than 30% in the last month.

A lot of the posts I read were about changes and how to fix the  problem. My thoughts are don’t do anything yet and wait to see if it stabilizes. Usually will when it is this crazy. Well it looks like it has. Most terms like long tails are still showing a little off but 2 and 3 word terms are coming right back.

When search engines are updating I believe it is always better for your website rankings. To hold off on search engine optimization and link building until it settles down. Basically, always know what your doing and why your doing it. SEO and link building never stop so enjoy the break!
